If you are hiring for personal use at home, this applies to you.

The attached Contract Conditions will apply to the exclusion of any other conditions proposed by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed by the Customer and Hirepool in writing.

Hirepool will hire Equipment to Consumer Customers on terms set out in this document.
