### Recommended safety equipment

- **Infectious Substance**: Portable toilet effluent is classified for transportation as Division 6.2, infectious substances Category B, UN number 3373. These wastes may contain pathogens that cause human disease, but they are unlikely to pose a serious hazard. The maximum quantity for transportation without a Dangerous Goods (D) endorsement for domestic or recreational use is; 250 litres or two portable toilets, whichever is the greater quantity. A dangerous goods (D) endorsement is required to transport any quantity of Portaloos for Hire or Reward.

### Transport safety notes

- **Tow behind car**: A vehicle with the ability to tow is the preferred transportation method for this equipment. Most of our trailers are fitted with 50mm and 1 7/8" dual capacity trailer couplings, please confirm at time of booking. Do Not exceed the rated capacity of the towing vehicle
