With the move to Level 2 in Auckland and Level 1 across the rest of the country for COVID-19 from midnight Wednesday 23rd September, all Hirepool branches will open under standard trading hours and continue to operate with good hygiene practices, while still offering a contactless hire service.
To help facilitate contactless hires where desired, when coming into a Hirepool branch, please remain in your vehicle upon arrival at the branch and our staff will attend to you from there to ensure a contactless hire.
To ensure quick and easy collection at branches, customers are recommended to pre-order equipment. This can be done by 1) ordering online at www.hirepool.co.nz. 2) calling your local Hirepool branch 3) calling your Hirepool rep.
