HIREPOOL OPEN FOR CONTACTLESS HIRE DURING COVID-19 LEVELS 2 & 3

With the announcement to move Auckland to Level 3, and the rest of the country to level 2 for COVID-19 on Sunday 14th Feb until midnight Wednesday 17th  Feb, all Hirepool branches across the country will remain open with standard working hours and will be providing contactless hires to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

To help facilitate contactless hires, when coming onto a Hirepool branch, please remain in your vehicle upon arrival at the branch and our staff will attend to you from there to ensure a contactless hire. We also won't be accepting cash payments.

To ensure quick and easy collection of gear at branches, customers are recommended to pre-order equipment. This can be done by 1) ordering online at www.hirepool.co.nz. 2) calling your local Hirepool branch 3) calling your Hirepool rep.

Existing Hirepool trade account customers can order equipment online and have it charged to their Hirepool trade account. If you haven’t done this before, it is a quick simple process to set up your online trade user account.  Click below to get started: https://cart.hirepool.co.nz/login

Non-Hirepool trade account customers (cash customers) just need to have a credit/debit card to make an online booking. To set up your account for making online bookings click the link https://cart.hirepool.co.nz/register

 

To help keep everyone safe, we have reintroduced some additional measures at our branches 

-Encouraging physical distancing sitewide, including line markings on our sites.

-All equipment and customer-facing surfaces and are cleaned after every transaction  

-Sanitiser is readily available at all entry/exit points. 

- Your paperwork for the hire will be emailed to you. By providing us with your email you are accepting the Hirepool terms & conditions on the hire. 

-For gear which is towable, you will be responsible for checking that it is secure, as per normal. We will step away 2 metres while you check it.
