Hirepool has been confirmed as an essential services provider but can only provide equipment to those also deemed essential services providers during the 4-week lockdown and will not be open to the public or any non-essential service trades.
Hirepool is in full support of the government’s restrictions around COVID-19, so to maintain the health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers, we have implemented some new procedures to ensure a contactless hire transaction.
During the lockdown period, the following procedures will be in place:
a. All sites will operate a “closed gate policy”, and will not be open to the public or any non-essential service trades.
b. Customers are advised to please call ahead for all orders – either to your sales rep, or directly to the branch
c. Upon arrival at our sites, remain in your vehicle, and our employees will open the gate for you.
d. Please pull up where directed, and remain in the vehicle, our employees will maintain the 2 metre separation and arrange for loading of gear.
e. For gear which is towable, you will be responsible for checking that it is secure, as per normal.
F. A similar process applies to the end of any hire during this time.
