# Hirepool Trade Customer - Pukekohe Builders Ltd

- **Type:** Tradie Video

Ben and the team from Pukekohe Builders have recently partnered with Hirepool because of our reliability when it comes to getting the right gear, our ability to quickly-problem solve for them and our exceptional range of equipment. Learn more about how Hirepool can help your trade business.

## A great relationship with a trusted equipment provider

Ben from Pukekohe Builders enjoys the personal relationship with his local Hirepool team, with the ability to rely on people like Pukekohe Branch Manager, David Robinson time and time again. Ben says “Our last hire company was a lot more costly, and we just noticed at Hirepool pukekohe were great to deal with, they always had the gear we needed, and they would help us with any situation. The local branch manager over there is great, he’s always willing to give his input, and advice on any situation”

Being able to access the right equipment, especially when site safety is involved is a must. Having a team of Hirepool experts who can help arrange the required gear means he saves time and money while keeping his crew safe.

## Having the right gear for any job is essential

“Before we used Hirepool we would do everything the manual way, moving concrete blocks, spreading metal, whereas now we just hire a 1.5 Tonne Digger and we get the job done a lot smoother and quicker, which saves us time, cost and the effect on our employees”

Pukekohe Builders enjoy the same benefits that all Hirepool customers do too - a great range of equipment that is checked and serviced before and after every hire. Accessing the right gear for the job can be costly, but with Hirepools 70+ branch network, we’re able to get you the right tools for the job.

## Saving on costs by hiring equipment vs. ownership

Being able to hire gear from Hirepool rather than owning a lot of gear is a big advantage in the building industry, specially for companies like Pukekohe Builders who often need specialist equipment delivered onto site. Ben says

“We experience a lot of cost savings with Hirepool, hiring gear such as scissor lifts and diggers. We don’t have to worry about the maintenance cost or delivery fees of getting it to each job, we can just go and sort it, pick it up and take it to site and send it back once it’s done, without worrying about servicing.”

## Why Hirepool vs. other providers

When asked “why Hirepool?” Ben recalls a recent story where the team made a simple error; “The other day we ordered a scissor lift, and our guys didn’t correctly measure the door height, so Hirepool then had to come out within the hour and swap it out with a new scissor lift. They did it with no hassles, and got the job done quickly”.

Transporting equipment can be costly if you’re a small trade business, not to mention the lost time that could be spent earning on site. At Hirepool we pride ourselves on going above and beyond to make sure you can get the job done.

## Partnering with Hirepool as a trade business

Chatting to Ben, he tells us “I would recommend partnering with Hirepool because they are such a reliable and helpful hire company. He points out that working with Hirepool has allowed Pukekohe Builders to grow their business because

“they always have all the right gear for the job, and if there’s ever any problems they get them solved instantly”.
